7-day beta

The one-time beta purchase is fully refundable on request within 7 days of purchase.

Monthly plans

On request within 7 days of a monthly charge, we will refund that latest charge. Earlier charges are not refundable under this policy unless applicable law requires otherwise. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund a charge.

How to ask

Email from the address used at checkout. Include the Stripe receipt or the email address on the purchase, identify the charge, and send the request within the applicable 7-day window. We will confirm the request and process an eligible refund through Stripe.
