TEF Canada practice
TEF Canada price: compare the full cost before booking
TEF Canada price is set by the test centre, not by one global checkout. Compare the complete cost, location and rescheduling terms before you choose a date.
Independent practice. Not affiliated with CCI Paris Île-de-France or France Éducation international. Rules and fees can change. Check the linked official sources.
Why one price does not fit every centre
TEF Canada is delivered through approved centres, and centre fees can differ by location and local administration. There is no responsible single price to quote for every candidate. Open the centre’s current booking page, confirm the currency and check whether all four compulsory tests are included.
Look at the date and format as well as the number. A cheaper appointment far away can cost more once travel, time away from work and a second trip are included. Write the full estimate before paying.
Use this booking comparison
| Cost line | Question |
|---|---|
| Exam fee | Does it include all four compulsory tests? |
| Travel | What is the round-trip cost and time? |
| Preparation | Can you start with free material? |
| Change or retake | What are the centre’s current terms? |
Save the page showing the price and conditions on the day you book. Centre pages can change. If the fee is in a different currency, record the conversion date instead of treating a rounded estimate as an exact amount.
Do not confuse exam cost with practice cost
The exam fee buys a place at the centre. Practice tools help you prepare. They solve different problems. Start with the free practice link at /free-test.html and record which skill needs work. Then decide whether paid practice adds something you will actually use, such as timed volume or feedback on output.
Read renewal terms, access dates and refund language before any practice purchase. The free versus paid guide gives a simple way to compare those details.
Choose preparation by the test job
TEF Canada has reading, listening, writing and speaking. A general vocabulary app cannot rehearse every job. Listening needs one-play decisions. Writing needs two different outputs. Speaking needs interaction and persuasion. If a product only shows a large question count, ask how it handles the skills you need.
Use the TEF format guide to check what your practice should resemble. Pay for a feature only after a free attempt shows why it matters.
A small budget plan
- Confirm the centre’s current exam fee.
- Set aside travel and one contingency line.
- Run the free baseline.
- Choose one paid practice period only if its feedback matches your weak skill.
- Keep the booking receipt and terms.
This order keeps the exam decision separate from the sales page for a preparation product.
Check the official source
Use the CCI Paris Île-de-France TEF Canada pages for the test description and candidate information, then use your chosen centre for the current fee and appointment terms. For immigration score questions, use IRCC. If a page does not say who sets the price or when it was checked, treat its number as a lead, not a fact.
Prices change. The useful answer is a method that still works after a centre updates its page.
